Not surprising, since Nintendo’s likely delivered everything they had in store for Breath Of The Wild with the recent The Champions’ Ballad DLC and would start work as soon as possible for the next game (which is what they usually do).
Since Nintendo’s spent a lot of time and resources building the BOTW engine, they’ll probably reuse/modify it for future titles. What would you like to see the next Legend Of Zelda game be? A 3D remake of an older title (like the Gameboy Color exclusive Link’s Awakening or Minish Cap from the Gameboy Advance) or an entirely new installment for the Switch? Let us know in the comments.
