Developer Big Ant Studios has today confirmed Don Bradman Cricket 17 will launch this December on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One, come December.
According to the press release, Don Bradman Cricket 17 will feature:
- A new lighting system
- 30 per cent more control options
- Further player customisation, with options like tattoos
- Importing players from the previous game
We’ll be able to get a glimpse of DBC17 from today with the launch of the new Don Bradman Cricket Academy, available free on Steam. Steam users will be able to use the new customization options and create their own players, team kits etc. and add it to the huge database that Big Ant Studios used for online updates the last time.
The Academy gives a sense of what the final Don Bradman Cricket 17 will look and feel like and shall receive continued support and updates to the application in the lead up to the release of the game itself, including the addition of playable content.
Don Bradman Cricket 14 is perhaps the best cricket game out there, as any gamer who loves both cricket and video games would concur. We ourselves gave Don Bradman some very rave reviews when we first got our hands on it. We sure do hope Don Bradman Cricket 17 surpasses all the success of its predecessor.
