In late 2016 we heard about the next Tomb Raider game is in development due to a stupid act by a developer who opened an alleged presentation file of the game in Montreal subway, which was then screenshot-ed by a fellow passenger.
Well, the next Lara Croft adventure is apparently titled as Shadow of the Tomb Raider, and now we have some freshly leaked concept art of the same via a website of a Los Angeles based creative company, TakeOff, who are specialised in creating trailers, concept arts, websites, animations, trophies and what not.
The description of a cached version of the page reads:
Through sketches and renders, we explored varying concepts for the Shadow of the Tomb Raider logo and key art. This process consisted of using the different pillars of the game as inspiration to accurately portray the brand.
The images didn’t throw much about the game, nonetheless, we see Lara having tough times, as always, with a machete, spear, and a bow (See the image below).
We’ve yet to hear any official word about the game from Square Enix or Crystal Dynamics, though we hope to hear it soon.
